Preheat Oven:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined and smooth. Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles along the perforated seams. Place one triangle of dough in front of you with the short flat side facing you and the long triangle pointing away.

Assemble Rolls: Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture across the bottom third of the dough triangle (the part closest to you). Top the cream cheese layer with two rows of blueberries. Starting with the edge closest to you, roll the dough forward all the way to the far tip of the triangle, surrounding the blueberries. Place the finished roll onto a baking sheet.

Bake : Repeat with remaining ingredients to create 8 rolls. Place the baking sheet of rolls in the preheated oven and bake for 10-13 minutes until the rolls are golden.

Serving: Each roll is only 133 calories or 5 WW Points. Storage: Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated for a quick snack or breakfast. Variations: You can try this recipe with different fillings like strawberries or even a mix of berries for a different twist.

  • Cream Cheese : Using 1/3 less fat cream cheese helps to reduce the overall fat content without compromising on taste or texture. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
  • Dough Handling : Keep the crescent roll dough refrigerated until just before use to ensure it remains firm and easier to handle.
  • Berry Variations : While fresh blueberries are used here, frozen berries can also work. Just make sure to thaw and drain them well to avoid excess moisture.
  • Serving Suggestion : For an extra indulgent treat, serve these rolls warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of cream cheese frosting.
