- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup (113g) butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 boxes lemon instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- more whipped topping, to cover
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Press flour, butter, and pecans into a 9×13 pan and bake 15 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a cup of topping. Spread on the crust.
- Whisk pudding and milk, spread it on, and cover with topping. Chill 4 hours.
Notes
The crust has to be cool or the cream cheese melts into it.
