- 1 cup (226g) butter
- 2 cups (400g) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 3 cups (375g) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, and salt.
- Spoon half the batter in, add the sugar-cinnamon-pecan mix, and cover with the rest. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Notes
The ribbon sinks a little. That is the stripe you want.
