Melted butter

FAQ
Why bars instead of cookies?
One pan, one bake, even thickness. No scooping.
Can I chill the dough in the pan?
Ten minutes in the freezer keeps the center thicker.
Dark or milk chips?
Either. Dark chips hold their shape better.
When do I cut them?
Cool completely. Warm bars smear.
