Description

Grasshopper Pie. From Alissa.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) creme de menthe
  • 2 tablespoons creme de cacao
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies and stir in the butter. Press into a pie plate and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese smooth. Beat in condensed milk and both liqueurs.
  3. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fold it in, fill the crust, and freeze at least 4 hours.

Notes

Freeze it. The fridge leaves it too soft to slice.
